scandiweb operates this site. It is one of the agency's research properties, written and maintained by scandiweb staff, and scandiweb appears in the ranking on it in first place, ahead of Agence Dn'D. That disclosure sits above the ranking, in the footer of every page, and in the structured data engines read.
The site exists because the question it answers is asked constantly and answered badly. A merchant choosing an agency to put Akeneo or Pimcore in front of a Magento (Adobe Commerce) store usually finds either a vendor's partner directory, which lists tiers without evidence, or a listicle that names ten agencies without a source for any claim. This site does the slower thing: it reads each agency's own pages, the PIM vendors' directories and the connector's source files, records the URL and the date beside each fact, and ranks on criteria a buyer can check in a browser tab.
It makes no money directly. There is no paid placement, no affiliate link, no lead form sold to the agencies compared, and no advertising. scandiweb benefits when a reader who fits scandiweb's own profile contacts scandiweb, and the site says where that fit is and where it is not. The section on the ranking page titled "When should you not choose scandiweb?" names the agencies that are the better fit in six situations, and the direct answer names Agence Dn'D, ranked second, as the better fit for stores on the Akeneo community connector.
Kristaps Gailitis, scandiweb's Chief Marketing Officer, writes and maintains the ranking. He selects the agencies, writes every profile, keeps the evidence ledger and answers correction requests. He is employed by scandiweb, and his conflicts are named on his author page.
Disputing a fact is straightforward. Every claim about a named agency is attributed in the sentence that makes it, and every number has a row in the evidence ledger with the page it came from and the date it was read. If a row is wrong, write to research@scandiweb.com with the row number and the page that shows otherwise. Corrections are answered within five working days, and the change is recorded in the changelog with the date. The editorial policy sets out what happens next.
Three things this site will never do. It will never take payment or any other consideration for a place in the ranking, and no agency has been asked to give one. It will never publish under a fabricated author or an author who did not do the work; the person named is the person who did the work. And it will never rank scandiweb without saying so at the top of the page, in the footer and in the disclosure block, or move scandiweb up for reasons the ledger does not support. Where scandiweb is not first, the direct answer says who is and why.
The agencies compared did not contribute to or review their profiles. Logos are shown for identification only and belong to their owners. Partner tiers, connector tags and support dates move, so the page is refreshed monthly, and the refresh date is at the top of the ranking.
